This man has a heart wrenching situation. It's nearing Christmas and the new year is just around the corner. Can we please help this man and his wife just a little bit?

I'm all for helping anyone who needs it. But I've seen this blog around before, not in that format and I don't remember that being the blog name, at the time he wasn't asking for help. Then suddenly he was saying goodbye. I might be wrong, but I'm not sure about this.
