The security camara picked up a man walking in the Government building on 2 consecutive nights.
Scott Blauvelt, a 35 year old city procecuter has been arrested and charged with 2 counts of public indecency. Nobody can guess as to why Mr Blauvelt was rolling the corriders without any clothes on, and he himself has not made any comment available. Perhaps Blauvelt was seeking the naked truth?
The Mayor, Don Ryan, is planning a meeting with Blauvelts boss concerning the procecuters continued employment.
I wonder if Mrs Ryan was found naked in the same building? I guess this is one situation where justice could make YOU blind?
