FeedDemon is a news/content aggregator program that pulls down content via RSS feeds.  A nice central tool to get all of your information in one place.

BlogNavigator can do this, but it also has the ability to write and publish blog content to several popular blog systems that have published APIs for uploading entries.

Yeah, what Zoomba said. Plus, it can save stories to yyour hard drive. Now you can do research without worring if the site is down or if the data isn't there anymore for whatever reason. AND you can use Google (or MSN) desktop search to find specific articles.

It is my hope that, in the future, businesses, goverment workplaces, schools and even the casual user (or job hunter) will use programs like this, intergrated with link sharing, comments and message forums, to create a knowledge base for whatever they seem to feel it needs to be focused on.


Not to kill you with details or anything but I think the future is having personal knowledgebases and Blog Navigator really takes it there. Maybe one day I can make my vision become a reality.

BTW, is the trial version a time limited version of the full paid package?

Also, not to be rude, but does the trial version contain any form of spy/adware? I have never found any such code in any Stardock software, but I dont normally do trials

The only difference is, the trial version doesn't allow you to write blog entries. The other RSS Reader functions are all there and work.

BlogNavigator is freeware so you can use that forever for reading blogs. The paid one lets you write the blogs.
