3) Take a shot at it (attempt)
4) Throw a shot (projectile)
5) To get a shot (vaccination)
6) Long shot (odds)
7) Mug shot (picture)
8) Shot your load (ejaculation)
9) Shot to hell (travel)
10) Cheap shot (punch)

You guys have already thought of some I haven't, so we have a ways to go.
